Conditions of the "swap-free account" service
Dear Clients!
This is to inform you that in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth on those clients who have chosen the "swap-free account" service and at the same time have a swap account/accounts at FIBO Group, shall ONLY be entitled to trade either on swap-free accounts or swap ones.
Therefore, the Company hereby kindly advise you to exercise your right to choose either swap-free accounts or swap ones for your further trading purposes, in order to meet the requirements that FIBO Group set forth above. The Company hereby limits a period for exercise of a right to choose one of aforementioned types of accounts until December 28. 2012 inclusive.
FIBO Group will have the right to switch all accounts of clients who will not exercise their rights in the manner specified herein to the type of account that the client opened with FIBO Group for the first time (either swap-free or swap respectively).
